June 2023 Product Release Notes
You’ve probably been hearing a lot about artificial intelligence (AI) lately, but there’s a good reason for it. AI can help you cut out extra steps in your document workflows. In this month’s release notes, we’ll cover exciting new AI features, API enhancements, and workflow capabilities to get your business growing.
AI Document Generation in Docubee
If you’re having trouble creating contracts or other important documents for your business — this new feature is for you. We’ve added a new option that allows you to generate documents using AI based on a prompt you have entered in the My Documents section and Quick Sign areas of the site.
Simply click the Docubee Document Assistant button as shown below, enter your prompt, generate your document, and make any edits you’d like. You can then place fields like you would any other document and send it out for signature.

Two-Factor Authentication
Docubee now supports two-factor authentication (2FA) upon login via SMS. Users can toggle on this feature in their user profile settings, add their mobile number, and start receiving authentication texts. Standard message and data rates apply.
Document Routing via AI
Keeping with our theme of AI innovations this month, Docubee can now evaluate documents using natural language and AI to route documents within workflows. The new Analyze Document with AI task works in conjunction with logic branches in your workflow to easily route documents without the need to create extra workflows.
AI Generated Document Summaries
Another new AI feature we’ve added this month is the ability to generate document summaries. Users can now create AI generated summaries for quick sign emails, which give signers an overview of what the document they’re signing contains before opening it.
When configuring emails, the Generate Document Summary button will now be available for you to use. Once a summary has been created, you also have the ability to make edits.
These document summaries can also be generated for users utilizing our Advanced Workflow Builder.
This new task option has been added in the builder to generate document summaries using AI that can be displayed or used within their workflows.
Embeddable Workflow API
Have forms you constantly use to collect employee or client data? Repeatable documents like this can be a timesuck without the right tools. That is why we’ve rolled out a new API endpoint that allows users to generate an embeddable URL. This URL can then be used to embed workflows within their own applications.
This new feature can help streamline things like waivers or intake paperwork by allowing users to access and fill it out directly from your site. Learn more about embedded workflows here.
