Docubee Repository (Beta)

We’ve launched a Docubee Repository beta, creating a centralized hub for storing all completed documents from Quick Signs, Contracts, and Workflows. You can also upload completed documents from outside of Docubee to store and manage everything in one place. Keep an eye out for more Repository updates coming soon!

Contract Update Notifications

All participants in a contract will now receive an email notification an hour after the last changes have been made or suggested on a document in the Collaborate or Negotiate stage, making it easier and faster to get to agreement.

Workflows

  • Added an API configuration option to allow integrators to attach the final document to the completion email.
  • Added the ability name documents in a Fill and Sign workflow task.
  • Added the ability to use workflow variables in the file name of a Fill and Sign workflow task.
  • Added a Web Request workflow task that allows users to connect to other systems or services through an API. The workflow task will pause and wait for a response before progressing to the next workflow task.

Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the “Next Field” button in the signing viewer would sometimes display an incorrect number of remaining fields.
