KBA Examples Added to Documentation

We’ve recently added Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA) certification within our eSignature API for those in the tax industry. KBA examples are now available in the eSignature API documentation. Contact us for more information.

Multi-user Editing Available on .DOCX Files

Multi-user edit docx workflow task has been added to the workflow builder.  You can now assign multiple users to collaborate on editing a .DOCX file within a workflow. This now gives you the ability to assign multiple users to collaborate and edit .DOCX files within a workflow.
